RETURN POLICY
We have a 3 Days Return Policy i.e. you have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product
to register for return of the product.
The product will be eligible for return in the following cases:
The product is damage.
The product is different (Not as per the description mentioned in the Website/ App)
The product must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Any
purchase that follows the descriptions/ details as mentioned on our Website/ App is not allowed to
return.
Once your return is approved, our courier partner will come for the pick-up. If not picked in 2 attempts
(as per courier) then we will cancel the return pickup and will close the return request. Once picked up
by the courier partner, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return product received, our team will do the quality check. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your
card issuer’s policies.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not exchange products. If the product qualifies for return as per our Return Policy then the
product can be returned and fresh product need to be re-purchased from our Website/ App.
